Overview
At Bikrri, we supply surplus, overstock, clearance, and liquidation construction materials at Redistribution Model. Because of the nature of these products, our Return & Exchange Policy is unique and must be read carefully before placing an order.
No Refund / Exchange
All sales are final. No returns for change of mind, shade preferences, or quality expectations.
Damage / Wrong Item Only
Returns accepted only for damaged products or completely wrong items with video proof.
24 Hours Window
Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with mandatory unboxing video.

Bikrri follows a strict No Refund – No Exchange policy for all surplus items.
Returns are NOT accepted for:
Once delivery is accepted or signed for, the order is considered closed and cannot be reversed.
When Returns ARE Accepted
A return or replacement can be claimed ONLY if:
Damaged Product
The item is damaged, broken or cracked during delivery
Wrong Item
The product received is completely different from what was ordered
Mandatory Unboxing Video Required
A continuous, unedited video showing:
- • The package before opening
- • The entire unwrapping process
- • The damaged / wrong item clearly
Delivery Acceptance
When the customer taps "Accept Delivery" or signs the delivery note:
- The order is marked complete
- Payment is released to the seller
- The product becomes non-returnable and non-exchangeable
Please check items carefully before confirming delivery
Reverse Pickup
For Approved Claims Only
If your claim is approved after verification:
- • Bikrri will arrange free pickup of the returned material
- • Refund or replacement will be processed after the seller receives the goods back
If a claim is not approved:
Reverse pickup (if requested) will be charged to the customer
